Hiking at Cape Wrath and the NW Highlands - Introduction
This trip explores Cape Wrath and the North West Highlands.
Everything went smoothly - it is one of the best walking holidays I have ever taken part in!
Kirsty is a great Guide, she knows a lot about the region, the animals, plants and flowers - she shared this knowledge with us. She is also funny, good conversation, and I'm very happy that we had her as our Guide!
Such a great holiday must be recommended - it was so perfect, that I have no idea how it could be even better.
A great week full of different walks with beautiful scenery, wonderful accommodation, and an excellent Guide. What more could anyone want?!
Eszter Schmidt-Hantos, May 2012The guide was very competent and knew a lot about plants and wildlife. I felt very safe walking through the wilderness without tracks or paths. This was the best walking tour I have ever participated.

The trip was very well organised. The day's activities were excellent, with good variety and interest for all the participants. The catering was also excellent - good service and variety as was the staff who were Very helpful and friendly. The guide provided excellent support and leadership as well as being very good company. She was adaptable and she made the excursions interesting and challenging. Another good thing was that we wanted to avoid driving, so this holiday was ideal for us. We had an excellent holiday!

Just to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our hike in the
heather, in far NW Scotland recently. We mightn't have actually reached Cape Wrath, but all the hikes and travels were really worthwhile.
Our hosts at the accommmodation were wonderful, the rooms were excellent and the meals were truly mouth watering. Staying in the same place for the week was fantastic, no midweek packing of bags or the like. The guide was great, full of stories and information. She certainly knew how to overcome changes in plan if required. Please pass on our good wishes and thanks to her for a job well done.

I just want to say a big thank you for the great holiday I had. Everything was so enjoyable - scenery, weather (so much sunshine), the company, the accommodation and the daily walking trips, of course! The food was also excellent.
I would also like to say a special thank you to the guide for my birthday cup of chocolate, which not only rounded off a fantastic day but also made it very memorable.
