BOOKING PROCEDURE

A booking form can be printed or downloaded by clicking on the link above and right of this text or at the foot of the right hand column. To make a reservation on any of our holidays, please mail or fax the booking form to our office.

We can also accept reservations by telephone if a deposit is paid by card over the phone by debit or credit card. A booking form must then be sent to confirm the booking. Online booking is not available at this time.

Please do not hesitate to contact us by telephone should you wish to discuss the details of any trip.

We do advise clients to read carefully our terms and conditions which can be viewed by clicking on the 'Get Booking Form' tab above.

INSURANCE

It is a condition of booking that you are insured against medical and personal accident risks. This must cover all of the activities undertaken and include repatriation costs, cancellation and curtailment. We also recommend that you take out insurance which includes baggage cover. Wilderness Scotland travel insurance policies are specially designed for our range of holidays. Our insurance policies are underwritten by AXA Insurance and arranged by Campbell Irvine insurance brokers.

Should you decide not to take out our travel insurance, it is your responsibility to ensure you have read and understood fully the policy terms and conditions of the insurance cover you purchase in order to determine whether the cover provided meets your requirements.
