    Custom Trip Designer

    Our sales team needs you

    From rugged wilderness experiences to the highest level of luxury, we are looking for a Custom Trip Designer who has experience creating and selling personalised trip itineraries to a range of clients. You must have a proven sales track record, be comfortable dealing with high net worth individuals, agents and suppliers. Product knowledge, outstanding customer service and attention to detail are essential.

    In Brief:

    • Role – Custom Trip Designer
    • Location – Aviemore
    • Type – Full time, permanent
    • Office Time – 95% In the field – 5%
    • Salary – £19,500-£24,500 per annum (negotiable based on relevant experience)

    We’re looking for someone who

    • Is experienced in creating a selling custom trip itineraries
    • Has some experience of travel product creation
    • Has a proven track record of reaching and exceeding ambitious sales targets
    • Is accountable for their own work
    • Is agile, flexible and does quick but accurate work
    • Has strong writing skills including copywriting and editing
    • Pays close attention to details and has good numeracy and admin skills
    • Has worked with cloud-based CRM systems, like Salesforce as well as Google Apps and Mac applications.
    • Enjoys and has experience of the activities we offer
    • Knows Scotland intimately and has good knowledge of England and Wales
    • Is committed to sustainability and is an advocate for wild places and our planet

    Your responsibilities will include

    • Creating unique and inspiring custom trip proposals to sell your ideas
    • Following sales processes to convert enquiries in to bookings
    • Hitting sales targets to drive our business success
    • Continuing to evolve your own product knowledge and our offering
    • Work with the operations team to ensure the smooth running of trips
    • Maintaining up to date and accurate information on our CRM system
    • Compilation of client travel documentation
