I love going on journeys exploring the wild places of Scotland; spending time looking at the wildlife, and sharing the experience with others.

Although my first passion is mountains, I am also passionate about paddling the amazing waterways of Scotland. I have lived in Scotland since 2005, and still, feel like I am on my holiday!

I absolutely love Scotland, its people and landscapes.

I have qualifications to lead and coach canoeing, also to lead in the mountains on foot, and by mountain bike.

I am a Ski Patroller and hold a Wilderness E.M.T.

    Places to Play

The Cairngorms- especially if there is a covering of snow for a ski tour.

Not a lot of people know this

In my previous career in the Fire Service, I was a member of a World Champion Tug O War team, winning Gold at the First World Fire Fighter Games 1990 in Aukland New Zealand.  I successfully defended the title in Las Vegas in 1992!!

This time I went to Argyle and the Isles. It was my second hiking trip with Wilderness Scotland and I will be back for more. I do not even have any suggestions cause everything was fantastic: the food, the hotels, the guide, the hiking places... This time we’ve had even the sun coming out everyday! Thanks for the wonderful experience!
