    A Foodie's Guide

It’s a world-renowned long-distance trail, journeying 96 miles/151 kilometres through some of Scotland’s most inspiring landscapes but the burning question is; where to eat on the West Highland Way.

Now there is nothing like trekking 9-15 miles/15-25 kilometres a day to work up a massive appetite! That is why we have investigated the best places to eat along the way and put them together in this nifty interactive West Highland Way Food Guide and Map.

This is a West Highland Way Map like no other! Taking into account the various budgets and tastes of the trekking foodie, this map shows everything from cafés, farm shops, distilleries and places where you can go fishing for your supper. Clicking on an icon will reveal to you that foodie destination’s highlights, a description, contact details and directions.

TIP: Click an icon under the map to show locations of just that category. Click the icon again to show all categories once more.

TIP: Clicking on directions will take you directly to Google Maps with the address already filled in, all you need to do is fill in your location.
Hopefully, this foodie guide solves the age-old problem of where to eat on the West Highland Way and also highlights some incredible destinations that are worth a visit even if you are not walking long distances every day.
