1-2 members of our office team will be attending VisitScotland’s annual Expo as buyers in Aberdeen. The VisitScotland Expo is a premier business to business travel trade event and for us, Expo offers the perfect opportunity to showcase our unique products and services to a range of potential agent partners and to make new connections in the industry.
“ExploreGB provides an opportunity for British tourism suppliers and destinations to meet and do business with qualified international buyers.” Wilderness Scotland will be attending ExploreGB 2020 as exhibitors, the event provides a great chance to meet with Scotland representatives Russell Murray and Meike van Krimpen.
We have been a Pure Life member since 2011 and every year make the journey from Scotland and Ireland out to Marrakech to meet with a wide range of high-end experiential travel agents in search of new and inspiring travel experiences for their clientele. And I think it’s safe to say we haven’t disappointed yet!

Arguably the biggest trade event of the year for us, we have proactively attended the Adventure Travel World Summit since 2009 and are proud to enjoy a close working relationship with the ATTA today. Indeed since 2010 when the summit first came to Scotland, we have taken a very active role in hosting pre-summit adventures to showcase our products and services to a number of agent partners.
It goes without saying that we very much look forward to this years summit in Adelaide, Australia which is a great chance to meet our co-founder Stevie Christie and Wilderness Ireland Director Patricia Doe.
“Emotions is a focused, small and niche travel event that invites buyers to get to know the best travel suppliers from Europe, all together in just 4 days.” This is our fourth year attending as we seek to expand our network of trade partners who are looking for highly customised luxury adventure travel experiences here in the UK & Ireland. Business Development Manager Russell Murray will be in attendance.
