I work as the Operations Manager, specifically for guides. I am extremely lucky to work alongside some of the most passionate outdoor-loving people in the country!
Having spent my youth in the east coast and Angus Glens I enjoyed countless family adventures exploring the coast searching rock pools for sea life, swimming in the rivers, mushroom foraging with my Italian Grandpa as he told stories of making his own wooden skis through to scaling the rolling hills that encompass these beautiful less-visited glens. I was hooked to living the outdoors life from the off. My working life has presented opportunities to enjoy and help look after some cracking remote and truly inspiring wild landscapes of Scotland and in turn provide experiences for others to enjoy what we have on our doorstep.
Not a lot of people know this
I seem to have an inability to restrain myself from eating chipolata sausages. At Christmas I managed to demolish 41 chipolata sausages on Christmas Day before 10.30 am – I am sure there is a world record in that somehow.
