Allan was very good and continuously checked on us on our hikes

Outstanding! Alan was very willing to share his knowledge of local history and the flora and fauna. I particularly enjoyed his sense of humour and his willingness to adapt the daily schedule to meet the needs and wants of the group. He was the perfect host.

Alan was great. We enjoyed talking with him and learning about Scotland, along with his areas of expertise. He made certain that our activities fit both our interests and our comfort levels.

Our guide, Allen, had a diverse group. He had the difficult job of meeting each of our expectations. Felt that the group ability level was very wide and some of the participates made it hard to get general agreement on "plans" for the day. It was no fault of the guide but the team.
