Finlay Sutherland

Please refer to my initial comments about Finlay and Graham. They went above and beyond to make our trip pleasurable. They were genuinely nice people and nothing was too much for them to do to make our trip a great experience.

Graham and Finley were amazing host. They are lovely humans joined us in the evenings as well which I really appreciated. Their flexibility was amazing. They were able to get things so organized that I always felt taken care of and clear on what we were doing. They were also flexible to our needs. I had a distillery I really wanted to go to and they made sure that happened. Overall, excellent guides.

I can’t say enough about how great Graham and Finley were. I loved that they ate meals with us as I’ve been on tours where this didn’t happen. They brought so much to the group as individuals and were open about sharing information about the history and culture of Scotland that really enriched the trip.

Finley and Neil were great. Shared all their knowledge about Scotland, food, routes, traditions, dances, and more!

It was a pleasure having Findlay Sutherland as our guide. His expertise, knowledge, and sense of humor really enhanced our bike trip. Mr. Sutherland's attention to the smallest details was a real benefit for providing a truly memorable biking experience in Scotland

Both Jim and Findlay were amazing. They were kind, caring, interesting, and an absolute pleasure to spend a week with. We loved the quiet calm of Findlay, he was a master of letting everyone have their own experience. Both Jim and Findlay worked so hard. Our bikes were always ready to ride, and they had infinite patience when we couldn't use our garmen's. We would take a tour with both these wonderful guides again.

I would give a better than excellent if it were available. These two men made this trip special. Not one criticism or suggestion to give. They were perfect.

Jim and Finlay absolutely made the trip. Knowledgable, sought out answers to questions they could not answer. Great at dealing with small emergencies

Finlay was a great support. Even on the days where he didn't ride with us (we also had Tom), we still felt like he was keeping things together on the backend. It was great knowing we didn't have to worry about anything. And they both were very adaptive to changing circumstances - we had several "hiccups" which had to be accounted for last minute (a cafe closing, a landslide which blocked the train, disrupted routes) and the guys pivoted with ease (at least, from our standpoint). It made for a great trip, trusting in them both.

Our guides made for great travel companions. They worked great as a team, figuring out backup plans, fun side-trips, and new lunch spots. Also, they were both super-fit, yet patient with riders of our skill level.

Tom and finnley did awesome, very professional and made sure everyone was cormfortable. We did not worry about anything the entire trip

Finlay was awesome. We couldn't have asked for a nicer and more patient guide! He was polite, thoughtful, caring, and funny...a pleasure to be with.
