4. Promotion is open between 17:30 BST on Friday 18^th June 2021 and 17:30 BST on Monday 5^th July 2021.
5. Applies to our small-group, fixed date trips only.
6. A £100 Ellis Brigham voucher will be issued to each traveller booked and be sent by email to you 3 weeks before your trip departs and after the balance of your trip is paid in full.
7. Should the departure you have booked need to be cancelled by Wilderness Scotland, we will offer you a free refund.
8. 6 weeks before your trip is due to depart, Wilderness Scotland will collect the remaining balance for your trip.
9. Up to 5 weeks before departure, travellers can postpone their booking for free.
10. Promotion only applies to new bookings and not to any payments for trips that are being held.
11. This promotion is only open to travellers that book direct with us. Booking through 3rd party agents will not qualify for this promotion.
12. To qualify for the £100 Ellis Brigham voucher offered in our Gear Up promotion, simply book a trip with us including making a deposit or full payment at the end of the booking process. Bookings can be made online or over the phone.
13. Promotion is as stated and no cash or other alternative prize/offer is available.
14. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
