Merida Bike Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion open to all worldwide.
2. Promotion open to all scheduled group, self guided, discovery journeys and tailor made bookings.
3. Subject to the standard booking conditions.
4. Winner will be announced shortly after promotion end.
5. Winner will win £1,500 worth to spend on a Merida Mountain or Road bike.
6. If the bike chosen does not amount to £1,500 in value, additional accessories can be chosen.
7. The winner of the bike will be able to pick up the chosen bike from their nearest Merida retailer.
8. Promotion open between 00:00 GMT on Friday 6th May 2016 and 23:59 GMT on Friday 3rd of June 2016.
9. Booking deposit must have been payed for your entry to be valid in the prize draw.
10. To win the Merida bike worth £1,500, simply complete your payment at the end of the booking process and you will be automatically entered in the prize draw.
11. Promotion is as stated and no cash or other alternative prize is available except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar garment of equal or greater value.
12. Your details will not be shared with any 3rd party.
13. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
