No problem – we can run the itinerary just for you while also customising it to fit your group. Perhaps you are looking for some advice about Scotland’s must-see destinations and would like to chat with an expert. No problem – we have an in-house team of knowledgeable trip designers who would love to help craft your perfect adventure.

Wilderness Scotland operates over the entirety of Scotland – from the Shetland Islands in the north to the Trossachs in the south, from the Cairngorms in the east to the Hebrides in the west.

We also regularly join forces with our sibling companies Wilderness Ireland and Wilderness England, meaning that we can incorporate any combination of Scotland, England, Ireland and Wales into your perfect tailor made tour.

Given that we create each trip from the ground up, the earlier you can book the better. Many of our custom trips are designed and booked more than six months in advance.

Of course, the more details you can provide us with at the start, the better equipped we are to be able to build you the perfect bespoke holiday. Call us for inspiration or use our Interactive Trip Builder Tool to submit your first thoughts, ideas and desires about your tailor made trip to Scotland. The earlier you get in touch, the more likely we will be able to secure our top choice of accommodations for your chosen dates.

Your personal trip designer will provide you with an initial trip proposal to make sure you are happy with the general overview, before working more closely with you to finesse the final details.

Once you are happy with the itinerary, we will price the trip for you and provide a more detailed proposal, if required.

With the itinerary, number of travellers, and trip price agreed, we will take a 25% deposit to confirm your booking. Once we have received your payment we will go ahead and secure your accommodations and source the perfect guide to lead your bespoke holiday.

If having seen the pricing, you want to make a change before confirming the trip, we may ask for an initial trip design fee of £500. The balance of the deposit would then be taken once the itinerary and price have been agreed.

We will send you a final document with all the information you require no later than 4 weeks before your travel date, as well as giving you a ring 2 weeks before departure in case you have any last minute questions. Of course, you are more than welcome to chat with your dedicated trip designer at any time.

When you arrive to start your holiday everything will be taken care of, leaving you to relax and enjoy your truly unique Wilderness Scotland adventure!
