Bridget answered all of our questions in excellent time. She changed our hotel arrangements when we had a date issue with one of the hotels. And, more importantly, she reassured me that Wilderness Scotland would take care of rebooking us if there were a closure at one of the lodgings.
Well, we had amazing weather, with the exception of our last hike where we had rain, which to be honest is what I had expected for the entire trip when we booked. So happiness abounded. The only "bad" day is that we hiked up Conic Hill only to find out that it was a Scottish Bank Holiday weekend and there were literally 100s of families coming from the opposite direction, which made the descent a nightmare. But then again, I guess that if we had gone in the high season it would have been worse, so that's why "bad" is in quotation marks. We loved the Angel and also Allt-Na-Leven. I would highly recommend both to anyone. In fact I wrote my first Trip Advisor review about A-N-L. And of course the two higher end stays were great. We booked a second night at Inverlochy Castle as soon as we arrived. We were soaked to the skin and the Castle was just the place to relax for an extra day at the end.

We used GPS and not the route notes, which would have been very handy when it was unclear. So I really cannot comment
The Bottom Line
Yes, yes, yes!!! We absolutely loved walking the West Highland Way and will book again with Wilderness Scotland.
