Mini Bio
Born in the North East of Scotland, I spent many weekends climbing munros, canoeing down rivers and swimming in lochs with my family. Although ignited early, my real passion for the Scottish outdoors never really took hold until later in life.
After completing my degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management I felt the travel bug and left home to explore the US, New Zealand, Australia, and Bali. I met my now husband in Australia (although he is from Scotland!) and since then we have explored over 50 countries and all 7 continents through work and holidays. After living in the UAE for 8 years, we felt the call of nature and home, and have decided to set up a life in the highlands where we can enjoy and explore the outdoors.
Place to Play
I have been lucky enough to explore a lot of the world and I have to say that Antarctica will always have a special place in my heart. That being said, the beauty of Scotland is hard to beat and I have wonderful memories of holidays in Ullapool, camping in Plockton and walking in Skye. I also love sea kayaking in Torridon and wild swimming in Loch Morlich.
Not a lot of people know this
While living in Abu Dhabi I had the opportunity to be a background extra in the next Mission Impossible movie (Mission impossible 7, Dead Reckoning).
