    Mini Bio

I am from Bethesda, a small village in Snowdonia, North Wales. I started hiking in my early teens and fell in love with the mountains straight away.

I have been lucky enough to walk all over Scotland, England and Wales and to travel to the Himalayas on numerous occasions. These days, I find myself in Scotland hiking at least once a month. I have done over a hundred Munros, and hopefully, one day, I can complete the whole 282.

    Favourite Place to Play

My number one special place in Scotland has to be the Cairngorms. Ben Macdui was my first Munro. It’s such a beautiful place, especially in winter.

Not a lot of People Know This

I played a lot of rugby for a few teams in North Wales in my younger years, but I chose the mountains as my number one hobby.
