After a couple of weeks of not so great weather; clear blue skies and sunshine in the Highlands of Scotland has us all rushing to get outdoors again!  There’s been a range of activities happening from biking, to hiking, to perhaps what will be the last few ski turns of the season – it’s safe to say everyone in the office has been making the most of the great weather.

Have a look through our photos from this week to see what we’ve been getting up to – perhaps you’ll be inspired for your own adventures.

    • Participants on the Wilderness Guide Training Programme enjoyed their first set of modules focusing on habitat including coastal, upland, riparian and woodland natural history, ecology and ethnobotany and Scottish geology.
    • Ben, our Marketing Manager, took a 24-mile loop on his mountain bike from Grantown on Spey to Lochindorb and back via the Dava Way long distance trail.
    • Paul, our Director, and Ben, Marketing Manager, made the most of what could possibly be the last of the spring snow and skied Castlegates Gully on Carn Etchachan and the head wall of Cairn Lochan in the Cairngorms National Park.

We’d love to hear how you’ve been making the most of this amazing weather over the past few days, and if the Highland sunshine has you planning a trip north anytime soon?!
