Mini Bio
A local lad who spent his high school years working on estates just down the road from Wilderness HQ in a wee village called Tomatin before heading off to Aberdeen to study. During my time studying I spent a year at the Gleneagles Hotel with my days off spent lapping up highland Perthshire doing anything adventurous.
Place to Play
Glencoe has my heart: a traverse of the Aonach Eagach ridge finishing with a pub lunch at the Clachaig Inn takes the top spot, closely followed by the climbing on Buachaille Etive Mor. A night camping in the Lairig Ghru is also unbeatable, with no phone signal, stunning scenery and always bumping into some interesting people, I guess what I’m trying to say is Scotland has it all!
