Over the next 6 months we are delving under the skin of Scotland’s more remote places in a series of short “insider” films and articles. We hope to bring you a taste of some of the hidden gems of our wee country.
In this episode we journey to the mystical Isle of Skye to discover the food and drink revolution that has taken the island by storm in recent years. This is in fact very much reflective of Scotland as a whole but the natural larder of this area is really something to behold. The culture of sustainable, locally sourced ingredients and top-notch preparation makes this area a haven for the tastebuds.
